Staying physically fit comes in waves for me. I will be on a great stretch where I exercise everyday, but then I will get busy for one week and then it messes up my entire system. The hardest part is getting back on the fitness wave. It usually takes a new semester of school, or a vacation from work. Perhaps if you are having trouble hopping back onto the treadmill, you may need a vacation or to make a major change in your life, and kind of reset everything. It seems like things just continue to pile up, and there eventually comes a time when we need to forget about it all and start over again.
