When your hobby is work, you know there is a problem. Hobbies allow us to have a little fun outside of our normal daily activities. For instance, I have a hobby of fantasy sports. During football season I am constantly checking and updating my team’s roster. It gives me something to look forward to. Your hobby should do the same. It doesn’t have to be something like model plane building or coin collecting (boring), it really can be anything that you find joy in and isn’t your work. It is easy to find a hobby. Just think about what you enjoy, and get deeply invested in something you thought of.
