When you are in school, it is very easy to get caught up in simply trying to get A’s, and not worrying about whether or not you are actually learning the material. It is easy to say don’t worry about grades, just focus on learning, but more often then not getting good grades and learning the material is related. Anyone who says they are only in school to learn and don’t care about grades is lying. The bottom line is that you need to be learning material in such a way that enables you to do well on tests, but so that once the test is over you don’t instantly forget it, i.e. cramming the night before a test isn’t the best method.
