Interviews are just like anything else: practice makes perfect! Becoming great at interviews is not something you are born with, rather it takes years and years to develop. The best way to practice is to have associates interview you and give you critical feedback, or you can go to a career services business or the career center at a college for great practice interviews. One thing that helps me when I am about to be interviewed is to guess questions they are going to ask, and come up with a lot of great answers. Even if they don’t ask you the specific question you guessed, you still have a database of answers in the back of your mind you can mold to fit any type of question.
