Internships are essentially drawn out interviews, but some people forget that just because he or she got the internship, doesn’t mean they will get a job. You have to continue to amaze your employer throughout your entire internship. Make sure that you are continually asking questions and trying to make yourself an asset. Your goal should be to take on as many responsibilities throughout your internship, that the company simply wouldn’t know what to do if they didn’t have you around anymore. If you do that, they will offer you a job at the end. Overall, throughout your internship just be proactive and look for ways you can help out.
