The hardest time of your career is when you are training. You will be learning all kinds of foreign procedures, all about office politics, and the way a new office or factory flows. It can be very difficult; especially if you are a little older and it is the first time you have ever changed jobs. But if there is ever a time when your employer should be kind and answer all of your questions, it is while you are training. So be sure that you take full advantage of your training. Learn all of the new procedures and products your company has to offer, and ask any questions you have, because as soon as your training is over, you want to hit the ground running.
