An indicator of a great business is great service. The most powerful and quickest growing companies have employees that are committed, friendly, and personable. Apple, for instance, has employees who are extremely friendly and as soon as you enter the store, they are asking what they can do to help. Another company, Wal-Mart, has greeters to welcome customers and help them with any immediate needs. Companies need to be focused on training their employees to be friendly and helpful, because if word gets out that a company has poor service, they will lose customers rapidly.
