Massages are no longer simply used to relax. Massage therapy is coming out with new ways everyday to help injured people recover faster, to help athletes prevent muscle strains, and to help people exercise harder by relaxing their muscles prior to training.
Watching sports unfortunately does not help us get in shape. However, it does inspire us. People would not be so inclined to watch sports if they didn’t watch to pick up strategies, or to get excited about playing themselves.
