New Law Unenforcable?

There has been a new law introduced in the state of Utah that is very interesting. It essentially bans text messaging while you are driving. Many other states have bills like this already in place or under development. Texting while driving is not good, since it takes not only your mind of the road like a phone call, but also your eyes! This seems like a good idea, but the question that remains is how re the police going to ticket you for texting while driving. You may just be looking at your phone. Are they going to go through your recent texts? Isn’t that an invasion of privacy? I’ll be interested to see how this goes down.
