One’s health is often something taken for granted until it is lost or impaired. Sleeping can be an important factor in one’s good health. Maybe you could turn off the TV an hour earlier, allowing you to start a new and workable bedtime routine. Experiment with various ideas and see which helps you to get those much needed zzzz’s.
